If you follow me over on Instagram you’ll know already that I’m launching a Podcast.
The Anti Diet Club Podcast is the brainchild of me and my dear friend and fellow anti-diet coach Tamsin Broster.
It’s been in the making for a few months now and I’m so excited to let you know that the first three episodes are now LIVE.
You can expect candid chats around all things anti-diet including body acceptance, intuitive eating, rejecting diet culture, weight-neutral self-care and dismantling anti-fat bias.
We hope this serves as a valuable resource for chronic dieters and distressed eaters to explore topics around food freedom and body liberation.
So far it’s just the two of us having fairly casual, unscripted conversations but stay tuned we have a wish list for some fabulous guests in the future.

As well as being a whole lot of fun (again see bloopers) it’s also brought up a lot of self-doubts, perfectionist tendencies, vulnerability issues the list goes on. But it’s here and I’m super proud of our capacity to learn and willingness to endure the discomfort whilst doing what we love.
